Field Sales & Marketing Representative

We are looking for a driven, street-smart Field Sales & Marketing Representative who generates business by being present where our clients are — on construction sites, at contractor offices, and in project meetings — not behind a desk. This is a field-first, results-driven role. You will be the face of Morshedi in the market, identifying opportunities early, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting site visits into signed orders. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect and visit active construction sites, EPC/MEP contractors, project developers, and procurement offices across Dubai and Abu Dhabi * Identify and engage decision-makers: project engineers, procurement managers, quantity surveyors, and site managers * Present Morshedi's fabrication capabilities and product portfolio; distribute company profiles and product samples * Generate qualified leads and feed them into the CRM system (Odoo) with proper documentation of each contact and opportunity * Follow up on quotes and proposals issued by the office team; help close deals in the field * Attend client meetings, site surveys, and project kick-offs when required, coordinating with the office for technical and commercial support * Track competitor activity in the market and report market intelligence back to management * Represent Morshedi at industry events, exhibitions (e.g. The Big 5 Dubai), and trade gatherings * Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets **Requirements** **Essential:** * Minimum 2–3 years of B2B field sales experience in the UAE construction, MEP, or building materials industry * Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the field * Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle (or willingness to drive company-supplied transport) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage * Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field **Preferred:** * Existing network of contacts in construction, MEP, structural steel, or facade/cladding sectors in the UAE * Basic understanding of metal fabrication, structural steel, or building materials * Experience using a CRM system for logging activity and tracking opportunities Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a car? * Do you have any similar experience?
