Field Technical Support Specialist

We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system, to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for after-sales technical support in MEA markets; * Responsible for investigating, diagnosing and resolving the technical issues; * Responsible for providing remote technical guidance and support to the distributors; * Responsible for delivering field technical support to the distributors; * Responsible for coordinating and validating repair solutions for quality-related issues. **Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and after-sales service processes; * Conversational English proficiency and strong working knowledge of standard office software; * Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, with a detail-oriented, responsive, and accountable work ethic; * A strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude—able to actively engage with and understand the business and remain highly sensitive to the needs of different departments; * Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, approachability, professional integrity, and a self-motivated mindset; * Education: Associate degree or above; * Preferred Major: Automotive or related fields; * Experience: 3+ years of experience in the repair and maintenance of new energy vehicle (NEV) triple-electric systems (battery, motor, and electronic control).
