Finance & Accounts Manager (Healthcare)

Ebn Hayan Healthcare Group is a growing multi-branch healthcare provider in Sharjah and Dubai focused on operational excellence, patient care, and advanced healthcare systems. We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager with UAE healthcare experience to join our leadership team. Role Overview The Finance & Accounts Manager will oversee the financial operations of all clinic branches, including accounting, insurance revenue tracking, reporting, budgeting, and financial control. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in UAE medical centers, clinics, or hospitals and be fluent in Arabic and English. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting and financial operations across all branches * Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow reports * Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and supplier payments * Oversee insurance billing and revenue reconciliation * Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs * Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable * Ensure VAT compliance and financial documentation accuracy * Work closely with management on budgeting and financial planning * Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement * Coordinate with external auditors and accountants when required Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in healthcare finance or medical centers * Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge * Experience with UAE insurance systems and medical billing * Arabic and English fluency is mandatory * Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software * Organized, detail-oriented, and professional * Ability to manage multi-branch financial operations Preferred Qualifications * Experience in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare groups in UAE * Knowledge of DHA/MOH healthcare workflows * Experience with insurance reconciliation and claim tracking * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field What We Offer * Leadership role in a fast-growing healthcare group * Professional and supportive work environment * Career growth opportunities * Performance-based growth and incentives **To Apply:** Please send your CV with the subject line: Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month Education: * Master's (Preferred) Experience: * MEDICAL FINANCE : 4 years (Preferred) Language: * ARABIC (Preferred) Work Location: In person
