Finance Controller – New Device Distribution

Location: UAE / Regional Role Experience: 10+ Years Salary Range: AED 20,000 – 30,000 Role Summary A commercially driven Finance Controller role responsible for leading financial operations and P&L performance across multi-country device distribution markets. The role plays a key part in driving profitability, strengthening financial controls, and supporting strategic growth decisions. Key Responsibilities ● Lead FP&A across multiple markets, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning ● Own full P&L accountability, driving margin expansion and cost control ● Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory reporting ● Manage channel partner finance, including credit risk, payment terms, and incentive structures ● Optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables) in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain ● Provide strategic financial insights on pricing, product launches, and expansion ● Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and governance frameworks ● Partner cross-functionally on logistics cost, landed cost, and lifecycle profitability ● Build and lead a high-performing regional finance team Candidate Profile ● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience ● Background in distribution, retail, or supply chain-driven businesses ● Strong experience in multi-country P&L management ● Proven ability in margin optimization and working capital management ● Deep understanding of channel-led distribution models (FMCG, telecom, electronics) ● Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
