**Job Title: Finance Manager** **Location:** UAE / GCC Region **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Finance Analyst with extensive expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights while ensuring strong financial controls and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations. * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. * Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business growth. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, VAT regulations, and company policies. * Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cash management functions. * Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. * Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely audit completion. * Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. * Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization. * Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and financial system enhancements. * Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance. * Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Chartered Accountant Articleship training or equivalent professional qualification preferred. * Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting management. * Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational organizations preferred. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and audit compliance. * Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. **Key Skills** * Budgeting & Forecasting * Financial Reporting * Financial Analysis * Strategic Planning * Cost Control * Internal Controls & Compliance * Cash Flow Management * Audit Management * VAT & Taxation * Risk Management * ERP Systems * Team Leadership * Process Improvement * Stakeholder Management * Business Partnering **Preferred Experience** * Multi-country financial management experience within the GCC region. * Experience supporting executive leadership with financial decision-making. * Strong background in audit, compliance, and governance frameworks.
