Finance Manager

At BloomingBox, we send joy for a living. Flowers, gifts, the small moments that make someone's day. Behind that is a real, growing business: multiple branches across the UAE and KSA, and a finance function that now needs a proper owner. That's this role. The Finance Manager builds and protects the financial foundation we scale on, anchoring daily operations with accounting accuracy, compliance discipline, and reliable process. You'll report directly to our Managing Partners and lead a small finance team of two to three. **What you'll own:** * **Revenue assurance and reconciliation.** You'll own the reconciliation framework across every entity and channel, making sure every order is matched to the settlement that actually landed, net of commissions and fees. You'll set the standard for finding revenue leakage and chase every flagged gap until the cash is recovered. * **A disciplined close and clean books**. Month-end on a defined calendar, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll across all entities, and a clean audit trail from order to invoice to settlement to bank. * **Compliance with zero surprises.** Full compliance across UAE, KSA, and GCC tax, VAT, audit, and statutory requirements, with every entity audit-ready at all times. * **Reporting people can act on.** Management reports and dashboards that are genuinely useful to non-finance leaders, the kind of numbers leadership can act on without re-checking them. * **Forward visibility.** Cash flow, working capital, and the cash conversion cycle across the group, plus the banking and auditor relationships that keep it healthy. * **Partnership with the founders.** Feasibility studies, unit economics, and margin analysis that help us decide where to grow next. And throughout, you'll build. We're at the stage where the foundation is being laid, so we want someone who enjoys building the system and the process, not just operating one that already exists. **This is for you if:** * You're a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA) with 5 to 8 years behind you, 2 to 3 of them leading a team * You've done finance in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail, ideally with multi-channel revenue and aggregator or payment-gateway reconciliation * You've worked across more than one entity or legal structure, and UAE, KSA, and GCC compliance, VAT, and corporate tax are familiar ground * You're fluent in ERP and fintech tools, and comfortable building process rather than inheriting it * You're precise, calm in the detail, and able to explain a number to someone who finds numbers intimidating **What we care about, beyond the CV:** We lead with our hearts and we only win together.
