Finance Manager (CA/ACCA) | 5+ yrs of UAE experience required

Al Quoz Head Office, Dubai, UAE AED 12,000/month Immediate joining preferred Reports to: Managing Director **About the Role** We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and straightforward Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting function and act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director. We want someone with a positive mindset, strong ownership, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career with us — not just a job. **Female candidates are preferred, subject to qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the role.** You'll lead our existing finance team — one Credit Control Manager and two Senior Accountants — ensuring effective supervision, accountability, timely reporting, and strong financial controls. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the complete finance, accounting, credit-control and management-reporting functions * Coordinate internal/external audits, VAT, UAE Corporate Tax and other statutory compliance * Ensure timely monthly closing, financial statements, management accounts and statutory reporting * Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, cash-flow projections and budget-vs-actual analysis * Manage banking relationships, trade-finance facilities, letters of credit, bank guarantees and borrowing costs * Present concise monthly management reports (sales, gross profit, EBITDA, net profit, cash flow, working capital, risks, corrective actions) * Evaluate CAPEX proposals, new branches, expansion and investments through feasibility studies and financial modelling * Optimise supplier-payment planning, banking facilities and cash-flow cycles * Monitor customer, product, supplier, salesperson and branch-level profitability * Identify margin leakage, excessive discounting, slow-moving inventory and inefficiencies * Establish and strengthen finance policies, approval matrices, delegation-of-authority controls * Lead, mentor and develop the finance team; ensure accountability, accuracy and confidentiality * Partner closely with sales, procurement, inventory, logistics and operations **Digital Transformation & AI** * Prepare the organisation for UAE e-invoicing (master-data readiness, XML requirements, system integration) * Drive automation of finance processes — reporting, reconciliations, collections, cash-flow monitoring * Use AI-enabled tools for forecasting, financial analysis, anomaly detection, credit-risk monitoring * Support development of real-time dashboards for profitability, working capital, receivables and inventory **What We're Looking For** * **CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification required** * **Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience is mandatory** — candidates without UAE experience will not be considered * Minimum 7+ years progressive finance experience overall, including 3–5 years in a finance-management role * **Strong, stable career history** — we value candidates who have shown long-term commitment (3+ years per role), not frequent job changes * Strong UAE experience in trading, distribution, construction materials, manufacturing, retail or another inventory-intensive business * Sound knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, audit, banking, trade finance and credit control * Advanced Excel; Power Query, Power BI or equivalent reporting tools preferred * Practical, responsible use of AI tools in finance * Strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills * High integrity, ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail * Comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, multi-branch organisation * Sharp, proactive, straightforward, positive attitude with genuine long-term career interest Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
