**Job Description: Finance Manager**

**Job Purpose**
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded **Finance Manager** to oversee the complete financial ecosystem of the business. You will be responsible for framing and driving financial strategies, managing cash flows, and leading the collections process. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant who can bridge the gap between financial control and business growth, ensuring the company remains liquid, compliant, and profitable.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Financial Planning & Strategy**
* **Strategic Framework:** Design and implement the full spectrum of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
* **Business Health Analysis:** Conduct periodic reviews of the company’s financial standing and provide actionable recommendations to the management to optimize performance.
* **Risk Assessment:** Identify potential financial risks and implement robust controls to protect the company's assets and margins.
**2. Cash Flow & Collection Drive**
* **Cash Flow Management:** Manage daily liquidity to ensure seamless payroll for our outsourced workforce—a mission-critical function in manpower solutions.
* **Target Setting:** Set and monitor rigorous collection targets for the Sales and Collections teams to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
* **Legal & Recovery:** Collaborate with the legal department to drive the recovery of delinquent accounts and manage credit risk for new and existing clients.
**3. Controls, Compliance & Reporting**
* **Expense Management:** Monitor and control operational expenditures (OPEX) and ensure high cost-efficiency across all departments.
* **Statutory Compliance:** Ensure 100% compliance with UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax laws, and IFRS standards.
* **Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports (MIS) that clearly communicate financial variances and business trends.
**Educational Qualifications & Professional Credentials**
The candidate **should** be a qualified **Chartered Accountant** with an active professional membership. We will consider:
* **ACA / ICAEW** (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales)
* **CA / ICAI** (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)
* **ACCA** (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
* **CPA** (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent international CA degrees.
**Experience & Skills**
* **Minimum 5–6 years of experience** as a Finance Manager.
* Direct experience in the **Manpower or Staffing/ Manufacturing/ Constructions/ Real Estate industry** is a significant advantage.
* Proven ability to manage a full-cycle "Quote-to-Cash" process.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence Sales and Legal teams toward financial targets.
* High proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel modelling.
