Finance Officer - Nauru Deployment

Position: Finance Officer **Country Location:** On-site, Nauru (Pacific Island Nation) **Contract Type:** Full-time Management Account – Healthcare (Hospital) Location: Nauru **Job Duties:** Plans, schedules and oversees major software upgrades, new releases, and installation of related software applications. * Develops documentation and training for end users on how to effectively use financial management system features and related applications. * Access control of various users review and management Liaising: * Liaisons with the Banks to deal with banking issues. * Liaisons with other function managers to put the finance view in context. * Handles Financial Liaisons with related parties & performs monthly Inter Company Current Account Reconciliations. Other Duties: * Attends Statutory Audits, Quarterly Audit reviews and complies with the Audit requirements. * Develops various Accounting Policies & Procedures and Accounting Manual in accordance with the Internal Management rules & International Accounting Standards. * Be the focal point of contact for Finance reporting to Dubai HO and liaising with all relevant parties at the ground in Nauru * Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by the Finance Manager from time to time What You Bring: * CIMA/ CMA or relevant financial qualifications * Experienced in management accountant in healthcare preferably a Hospital * Strong working knowledge of financial regulations and payroll legislation * High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism * Excellent communication, and analytical skills **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package. * Accommodation and meals provided. * Relocation expenses will be convered. * Annual Ticket with 30 days paid leave * Opportunity to work in an international environment. **Note:** All applications are **contingent upon visa approval**.
