Finishing Foreman - Sharjah

Urgently Required 1 ( number) Finishing Foreman with GCC Experienced(Minimum 5Year in Civil ) for a construction company in Sharjah. * Oversee and coordinate all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and final fixtures. * Deep knowledge and experience in Construction -Interior fit out * Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. * Maintain high-quality standards in all finishing works. * Inspect and approve completed tasks before handing over for final inspection. * Direct and manage site laborers and subcontractors involved in finishing works. * Assign daily tasks and monitor performance. * Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers. * Coordinate the schedule of finishing works with MEP, civil, and structural teams to avoid delays. * Request and verify required finishing materials. * Ensure proper storage and usage of materials to reduce wastage. * Track daily progress of finishing activities. * Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Engineer or Site Manager. * Ensure all finishing work adheres to safety standards and company policies. * Enforce the use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment. * Address issues related to finishing details, coordination, or quality immediately to avoid rework or project delays.
