**Job role will include but not be limited to:** * Liaising and coordinating with subcontractor's * Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors * Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed * Oversee and manage Health and Safety * Ensure site works are being performed in accordance to policies and plans * Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works * Receive and review shop drawings * Any other duties as directed by the Contracts manager **Candidate Requirements:** * At least 5-7 years experience in Fit Out across the GCC * Degree or Technical Degree and/or equivalent work experience * Experience of managing multi skilled site teams * Previous experience working on high end projects * Candidates must be emirates residents * Emirates DL is a mandatory **About the Company:** Bright Spaces is an interior design and fit-out studio that provides design and fit-out turn-key solutions for retail, beauty, healthcare, fitness and corporate spaces.
