JOB PURPOSE This is a unique and highly exciting opportunity to lead the Arabia Foods business end-to-end, with full ownership of both the commercial agenda and the S&OP process from A to Z. The role is accountable for delivering sustainable and competitive growth across the Arabia region, owning the full P&L, shaping category and brand strategies, and driving execution excellence across all channels. You will lead cross-functional teams to align behind one business plan, unlock growth opportunities, and build a high-performing organization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, offering broad influence across both new business development and marketing. You will lead the design and delivery of Foods vertical strategies, working closely with Marketing and Customer Business Development teams to translate insights into winning plans. Leveraging data, shopper and customer-centric tools, you will drive critical KPIs including growth, profitability, and market share across customers and channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, enjoy leading cross-functional collaboration, and are energized by delivering tangible results, this role provides a powerful platform to create measurable business impact. • Own the Arabia Foods P&L, delivering top-line growth, margin expansion, and profitability targets • Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and in-year performance management • Define and execute category and brand strategies across all Arabia markets • Drive market share growth, penetration, and brand competitiveness • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy, communication, and brand building initiatives • Define and execute channel strategies, customer plans, and in-store excellence programs • Drive promotional strategy, activation, and visibility to maximize ROI • Lead Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and pricing strategy in partnership with CD and NRM • Own the end-to-end S&OP process, aligning all functions behind one integrated plan • Ensure demand and supply alignment to deliver business commitments • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, CSP, CD, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Finance • Own the innovation funnel and ensure a strong, relevant pipeline across categories • Drive commercialization excellence and successful launch execution • Identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions proactively • Act as key interface with regional leadership, providing clear visibility on performance, risks, and opportunities • Influence regional strategy through strong market insights and recommendations WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences • Proven experience in full P&L ownership and delivering sustainable business growth • Strong background in Marketing and Commercial Strategy • Solid experience in S&OP and cross-functional leadership • Track record of driving market share growth, profitability, and brand performance • Experience working across multiple markets and managing complexity • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CAP, R&D, SC, Finance & CBD.
