**JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are looking for a **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)** Foreman supervises on-site installation, maintenance, and repair, ensuring work complies with safety regulations, shop drawings, and technical specifications. They lead teams of technicians, manage daily tasks, monitor material usage, and report to site engineers to ensure projects are completed within schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Site Supervision & Execution:** Supervise daily MEP activities, including HVAC, firefighting, piping, and electrical systems, ensuring they meet approved design drawings. * **Team Leadership:** Allocate tasks to technicians, electricians, plumbers, and helpers, setting daily targets and maximizing productivity. * **Quality Control:** Conduct inspections of site locations and installed services, ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met. * **Material and Resource Management:** Monitor material requirements, ensure proper storage, and raise requisitions to avoid project delays. * **Coordination & Reporting:** Coordinate with civil teams to prevent layout clashes and provide daily progress reports to the Site Engineer. * **Safety Enforcement:** Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations on site. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Usually **2-8** **year**s in MEP installations, often with prior experience in similar roles (often in the GCC/UAE context). * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of MEP systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical equipment, including the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. * **Education:** **Bachelors Degree** in relevant field , diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing engineering is generally required. * **Communication:** Excellent communication skills in English, often with multilingual proficiency (e.g., Hindi) for managing diverse teams. **Job Type:** Full Time **Note:** **Candidate must have knowledge as MEP Foreman at least 2-8 years in UAE.** Work Location: In person
