Job Title: Foreman – Aluminum & Façade | Curtain Wall | Cladding | Glazing Location: United Arab Emirates Industry: Construction / Aluminum & Façade Works Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Euro Systems Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Foreman – Aluminum & Façade to supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities for aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and façade projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to manage installation teams in fast-paced construction environments. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily aluminum and façade installation activities on project sites * Ensure all works are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications * Allocate tasks to chargehands, fabricators, installers, and labor teams * Monitor manpower productivity and optimize resource utilization * Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Managers to ensure project progress aligns with schedules * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, alignment, and finishing standards * Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations on-site * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or site execution issues * Report complex issues to Project Engineers and management when required * Maintain daily site reports including manpower, materials, and work progress updates * Provide supervision, guidance, and on-the-job training to installation teams Requirements * Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Aluminum & Façade or Curtain Wall projects * Strong knowledge of façade systems including curtain wall, cladding, aluminum doors & windows, and glazing works * Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical details, and method statements * Proven experience supervising installation teams including chargehands and laborers * Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills * Good understanding of construction site safety (HSE) standards * Ability to work across multiple project sites in the UAE * Immediate joiners preferred Qualifications * Diploma / ITI Certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Trade background in aluminum fabrication or metal works is an advantage Benefits * Competitive salary package + overtime as per UAE labor law * Company accommodation and transportation provided * Medical insurance * Annual leave and air ticket as per UAE labor regulations * Stable long-term career opportunity with growth potential Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
