The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end interior fit-outs and home furniture assembly works. You will be responsible for ensuring that every project—from luxury residential installations to commercial offices —meets our premium standards of quality and durability across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** **Interior Fit-out & Decorative Works** * **Flooring & Wall Cladding:** Professional installation of various flooring types (parquet, vinyl, SPC tile) and decorative wall panels or cladding. * Furniture assembly for flat packed European furniture. Experience in IKEA furniture installation will be added advantage. **Basic MEP & Electrical Integration** * **Electrical Fixtures:** Safe installation and repair of luxury lighting fixtures, LED strips, switches, and electrical accessories. * **Troubleshooting:** Identifying and resolving basic electrical or mechanical issues during the installation phase. **Site Management & Safety** * **Technical Inspections:** Conducting thorough site surveys to identify maintenance needs or potential repair requirements before and after installation. * **Tool Mastery:** Operating power tools, measuring equipment, and heavy-duty machinery with a strict focus on safety and efficiency. * **Team Coordination:** Collaborating effectively with Site Engineers, Project Supervisors, and other tradesmen to ensure project timelines are met. * **HSE Compliance:** Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in accordance with UAE health and safety regulations. * **Progress Reporting:** Providing daily updates to supervisors regarding task completion, material shortages, or on-site challenges **Required Qualifications and Skills** * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out , joinery and carpentry industry * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Joinery, furniture installation, wall panels, SPC flooring and walls basic electrical tasks is mandatory. * **Attention to Detail:** A proven eye for finishing quality—ensuring seamless joints, level surfaces, and able to read drawings and follow installation manuals. * **Language:** Basic English communication skills (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus). * **Flexibility:** Ability to work on various sites across the 7 Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.). * **Physical Fitness:** Capability to handle manual labor and stand for extended periods. **Desired Attributes** * Familiarity with local construction regulations and authority approvals in Dubai (e.g., RTA, DM). * An understanding of sustainable construction practices or specific project specializations (e.g., infrastructure, high-rise buildings, interior fit-outs, MEP) **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to work with a leading international furniture and design brand. * Dynamic work environment with a focus on high-quality European standards. * Competitive salary and benefits package.
