Foreman- Electrical

**Job Title:** Electrical Foreman **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Experience Required:** Minimum **3 years** in UAE building construction **Industry:** Building Construction Immediate Joiners preferred **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Electrical Foreman** to supervise and coordinate all electrical works on building construction sites, including **residential, commercial, and villa projects** across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, UAE regulations, and on-site execution, with hands-on experience in the local construction environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Supervise and coordinate** daily site electrical activities, ensuring proper installation as per project drawings and specifications. * **Manage electricians, helpers, and subcontractors** on site to ensure timely and quality work. * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts to guide installations and modifications. * Ensure all electrical works comply with **UAE regulations**, authority approvals (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC), and safety standards. * Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow. * Monitor material usage, report shortages, and ensure materials are used efficiently and without waste. * Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems, including wiring, panels, distribution boards, and fixtures. * Maintain safety protocols on site and report any incidents or hazards immediately. * Provide daily work progress reports to the site engineer or project manager. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 3 years of UAE experience** in electrical works on building construction projects. * Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or relevant trade. * Strong knowledge of **UAE electrical codes**, local authority inspection procedures, and installation practices. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and coordinate with other disciplines. * Good understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites. * Basic communication skills in English and Hindi. **Preferred Attributes:** * Experience working on **high-rise buildings, villas, and commercial complexes**. * Knowledge of LV systems, containment installation, DB dressing, cabling, wiring, lighting, power distribution, etc. * Familiarity with DEWA / SEWA / ADDC approval processes.
