Foreman – High-End Fit-Out

**About the Role** We are seeking a hands on, results-driven Foreman to lead trades on the ground across high-end fit-out projects. You will be the daily engine of site execution, driving productivity, enforcing quality at the trade level, and ensuring that every craftsman delivers to the exacting standards our projects demand. **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily site activities and coordinate multi-trade teams (carpenters, painters, MEP, finishing crews, etc.) to keep work on schedule. * Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently to meet daily and weekly targets. * Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of site labor, reporting issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. * Ensure works are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. * Conduct first-line quality checks on workmanship finishing, joinery, paint, tiling, and installations before formal QA/QC inspections. * Identify defects or substandard work early and ensure immediate rectification. * Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE and safe working practices. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe site environment at all times. * Conduct toolbox talks and reinforce safety briefings with the workforce. * Coordinate with the Site Engineer, QA/QC, and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues quickly. * Maintain daily site reports, manpower logs, and material consumption records. **Minimum Requirements** * 8–12 years **of site supervision experience in fit-out, finishing, or interior construction, with at least 3 years on high-end or luxury projects.** * Technical Diploma or equivalent trade certification (Civil/Construction preferred). * Strong knowledge of finishing trades, joinery, MEP coordination, and fit-out sequencing. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings. * Working knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices.
