Foreman MEP

**Job Title: MEP Foreman** The MEP Foreman is responsible for supervising the on-site installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. You will lead a team of technicians and laborers to ensure that work is completed according to approved shop drawings, project schedules, and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Site Supervision**: Lead and manage a team of plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians to execute daily site activities. * **Drawing Interpretation**: Read and interpret MEP shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and layouts to ensure accurate installation on-site. * **Material Management**: Monitor material consumption, raise material requisitions, and ensure all site deliveries match the required specifications. * **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority standards (DEWA, Municipality, Civil Defense). * **Progress Reporting**: Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Site Engineer/Project Manager regarding completed tasks and any site constraints. * **Testing & Commissioning**: Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP systems, including pressure testing for pipes, duct leakage tests, and electrical circuit testing. * **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring all workers use proper PPE and follow safe work methods. * **Labor Coordination**: Allocate manpower efficiently across different project areas (High-rise, Luxury Villas, or Warehouses) to meet strict deadlines. * **Tools & Equipment**: Maintain an inventory of site tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and used correctly by the team.
