Foreman ( Painting & Interior Work )

**Foreman – Painting & Interior Works** We are seeking an experienced **Foreman – Painting & Interior Works** with a minimum of **10 years of overall experience**, including **at least 5 years of UAE experience**, to supervise and coordinate painting and interior finishing activities across construction and fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily painting, decorating, and interior finishing works on site. * Coordinate and manage painters, helpers, carpenters, gypsum workers, and other finishing trades. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources effectively. * Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship. * Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Track material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team. * Resolve site-related issues and maintain project progress. * Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities. * Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality standards. Requirements: * Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Painting and Interior Works. * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction and fit-out projects. * Strong knowledge of painting systems, decorative finishes, gypsum works, partitions, ceilings, and interior finishing works. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
