Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - AI Project Delivery

**Work Location** Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE **Job Overview** **English**：The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a core role for the commercial implementation of AI projects. Different from traditional R&D and after-sales positions, this role requires on-site client engagement, responsible for the full-cycle delivery of AI projects in UAE. You will bridge the gap between AI technology and UAE business scenarios, independently complete demand research, solution implementation, model optimization, system deployment and iterative upgrading. You will directly serve government and enterprise clients, solve core pain points such as difficult POC landing and production adaptation, and ensure stable project delivery, qualified business indicators and scalable project replication. **Key Responsibilities** * **UAE On-site Project Delivery**：Work on-site at client locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai periodically, deeply engage with UAE government and enterprise clients, conduct on-site research, data sorting, environment construction, system deployment and official launch, and lead the full-cycle project implementation from POC testing to production. * **Demand Analysis & Solution Implementation**：Accurately identify clients’ real business pain points and core demands, disassemble technical implementation solutions based on industry scenarios, and deliver executable implementation plans, technical documents and iterative roadmaps to avoid impractical technical delivery. * **Rapid On-site Iteration & Optimization**：Solve problems such as data deviation, environment and business adaptation in real UAE scenarios, complete algorithm fine-tuning, engineering optimization, system docking and bug fixes on-site, and iterate rapidly on a daily/weekly basis to ensure model accuracy and system stability meet production standards. * **Client Communication & Value Delivery**：Responsible for full-cycle client communication, demand alignment, progress synchronization and result reporting, provide technical and business consulting and client training, quantify project business value (efficiency improvement, cost reduction, risk mitigation, etc.), and ensure project ROI compliance. * **Experience Precipitation & Scalable Replication**：Summarize UAE project implementation experience, scenario adaptation standards and problem-solving solutions, precipitate standardized delivery processes and industry solutions to support rapid replication of similar UAE projects, and cooperate with domestic R&D teams to optimize product capabilities. * **Risk Control & Project Closure**：Proactively identify technical, adaptation and delivery risks of UAE projects, drive problem closed-loop, control project quality, progress and cost, and complete project acceptance and document filing. **Job Requirements** * **Education**：Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation, Big Data or related fields. * **Work Experience**：1-3 years of experience in AI project delivery, algorithm engineering, intelligent system implementation or on-site deployment; experience in government & enterprise AI projects or UAE project delivery is preferred. * **Technical Skills**：Familiar with mainstream AI model implementation processes, data processing, model fine-tuning and deployment; proficient in Python, with basic knowledge of front-end & back-end development, server deployment, environment adaptation and system docking, capable of solving on-site technical problems independently. * **Language Skills**：Good oral and written English ability, able to communicate with UAE clients, deliver technical presentations and conduct business docking fluently; proficient in Chinese-English bilingual communication is preferred. * **Comprehensive Competencies**：Strong on-site problem-solving ability, rapid iteration thinking and cross-departmental collaboration ability; high stress resistance, result-oriented, responsible for project delivery results and business value; clear communication logic, good at client docking, demand mining and project promotion. * **Preferred Qualifications**：Experience in Middle East project delivery, UAE government & enterprise client docking, industrial AI / LLM project implementation, or proficient in English technical document writing and solution presentation. **Business Trip & Benefits** * UAE Deployment: Mainly stationed in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE.
