**Elaris Luxury Salons** is Dubai's premium ladies' beauty salon brand, operating four established branches across Business Bay, Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 3, and The Village Mall. Elaris is backed by **Globex Horizon**, a UAE Investment Company with over 25 years of operational history. Elaris launched in 2025 and is now entering a structured franchise expansion phase across the Emirates.
**Franchise Products You Will Sell**
You will be responsible for selling two franchise investment tiers to qualified prospects:
**Tier 1 — Full Turnkey | AED 1,000,000 + 5% of gross sales monthly**
For first-time salon owners. Elaris handles everything from day zero through opening day and beyond.
* Location scouting, footfall analysis, and lease negotiation
* Trade licence, DED registration, and all regulatory compliance
* Complete fit-out, salon equipment, and brand signage (covered by Elaris)
* Recruitment of trained stylists and full staff training
* Salon management software, booking system, and opening inventory
* Grand opening campaign and full lifetime marketing support
* 3-month working capital reserve built into the package
**Tier 2 — Brand Conversion | AED 500,000 + 10% of gross sales monthly**
For existing salon owners converting their business to the Elaris brand.
* Elaris brand signage covered by Elaris
* Salon management software and online booking system
* Staff retraining to Elaris service standards
* Supplier network access with pre-negotiated product pricing
* Relaunch marketing campaign and full lifetime marketing support
* Ongoing HQ and operational support
**Tier 3 — Zero Investment | AED 0 entry + 30% of gross sales monthly**
Limited-time offer for existing salon owners. Elaris brings the brand, software, booking, and lifetime marketing at zero upfront cost.
* Elaris brand licence — right to operate under the Elaris name
* Salon management software and online booking system
* Staff retraining programme and relaunch marketing campaign
* Full lifetime marketing support and supplier network access
* All brand signage costs are the responsibility of the franchisee
* Limited availability — available during initial UAE expansion phase only
**Monthly Tier 3 target:** 10 signed contracts per month. A fixed bonus of AED 2,000 is paid upon achieving this monthly target.
**Target buyer profiles:** Tier 1 & 2 — High-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs with investment capital. Tier 3 — Existing salon owners looking to rebrand at zero upfront cost. Real estate investor networks and beauty business communities are primary prospect pools.
**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**
**KRA 1 — Outbound Prospecting**
* Execute daily structured cold-calling campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, and existing salon owners
* Build and maintain a personal outreach pipeline via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone, and referral networks
* Identify and penetrate relevant UAE business communities — real estate, F&B, retail, and beauty networks
* Log every outreach activity in CRM daily — every call, message, and follow-up recorded before end of day
**KRA 2 — Lead Management & Qualification**
* Receive and respond to inbound leads assigned by management within 30 minutes
* Qualify prospects against investment capacity (AED 500K or AED 1M) and business ownership profile
* Manage leads through defined pipeline stages: New Lead → Warm → Discovery → Proposal → Closed
* Update lifecycle stage and add detailed notes after every single interaction — no exceptions
**KRA 3 — Sales Presentations & Meetings**
* Conduct face-to-face discovery calls and franchise presentations at Suite 511, Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road
* Present Tier 1 and Tier 2 models using authorised Elaris brand materials only
* Accompany qualified prospects on Elaris salon visits as part of the due diligence process
* Attend monthly investor luncheons, franchise events, and brand activations
**KRA 4 — Pipeline Reporting**
* Deliver a structured daily update: calls made, meetings booked, proposals sent
* Submit weekly deal progression and monthly conversion metric reports to management
* Flag pipeline risks and stalled prospects proactively — no surprises to management
* Maintain 100% accurate CRM records; subject to weekly manager audit
**KRA 5 — Closing & Handover**
* Close signed franchise agreements across all three tiers: Tier 1 (AED 1,000,000), Tier 2 (AED 500,000), and Tier 3 (AED 0 entry)
* Hit the monthly Tier 3 target of 10 signed contracts to qualify for the AED 2,000 monthly bonus
* Coordinate with the Elaris operations team for smooth post
