Full Time Medical Supervisor

Job Announcement Dear Applicants, Al Jamal Al Asasi Scientific Bureau is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Full Time Medical Supervisor to lead and support the Medical Representatives team promoting the company’s Aesthetic, Cosmeceutical, and Medical Devices portfolio in the Southern Region Based Basrah. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and membership in the Iraqi Pharmacists Syndicate. •Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Medical supervisor Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. •Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. •Ability to analyze sales performance and develop action plans to achieve targets. •Willingness to travel across the assigned territories. •Excellent command of both Arabic and English. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: •Supervise, coach, and develop the Medical Representatives team. •Monitor field performance and ensure effective territory coverage. •Conduct regular field visits and joint visits with Medical Representatives. •Track sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and customers. •Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to management. •Prepare regular sales and field performance reports.
