**Role Overview**
We are seeking a results-driven **FX Account Manager - Turkish Speaker** to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with Turkish-speaking clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a Forex/CFD broker, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to convert leads, retain clients, and deliver a high-quality client experience in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
This role is suited to someone who understands financial markets, is comfortable working in a target-driven environment, and can confidently support clients with account onboarding, platform guidance, and ongoing relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify, engage, and convert new Turkish-speaking clients for the Group’s products and services.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationship development, retention, and increased lifetime value.
* Build trust with clients through regular follow-up, timely support, and a high standard of professional communication.
* Introduce clients to the company’s product offering, trading platforms, account types, and service features.
* Support clients through the onboarding journey, including account opening, KYC documentation, platform setup, funding guidance, and first-time activation.
* Follow up proactively on dormant, inactive, or underperforming accounts to improve activation and retention.
* Promote relevant campaigns, product updates, and cross-sell opportunities where suitable.
* Provide clients with general market colour, product information, and platform education in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client activity, pipeline progress, and communication in the CRM system.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Dealing, Customer Support, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Handle client concerns, escalations, and service issues professionally and in a timely manner.
* Achieve individual sales, retention, deposit, and revenue KPIs as defined by management.
* Contribute to the growth of the Turkish-speaking market by identifying opportunities, client trends, and partnership channels, including IBs and affiliates where relevant.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* **Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory**, both written and spoken.
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in Account Management, Sales, Retention, or Conversion within a **Forex/CFD broker** or closely related financial services environment.
* Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, trading platforms, and financial market dynamics.
* Hands-on experience with **MT4, MT5**, or similar trading platforms, as well as CRM systems.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
* Strong client handling, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Experience supporting account opening, client onboarding, and coordination with KYC/compliance processes is highly desirable.
* Existing network or book of Turkish-speaking clients, IBs, money managers, or trading communities is a strong advantage.
* Ability to communicate complex financial products clearly and responsibly.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify upsell, cross-sell, and client reactivation opportunities.
* Knowledge of the CIS/Turkish-speaking trader landscape is a strong plus.
**Preferred Profile**
* Previous experience in a regulated Forex/CFD brokerage.
* Exposure to retail traders, high-value clients, IBs, or affiliate channels.
* Understanding of client lifecycle metrics such as lead conversion, first-time deposit, activation, retention, and reactivation.
* Ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to compliance-sensitive communication.
