General Accountant

**Job Title:** General Accountant **Company:** ABCL Safety Consultants **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Description** ABCL Safety Consultants is looking for a **competent and detail-oriented Accountant** to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with **Zoho accounting software**, and relevant UAE experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and reconciliations * Manage accounts payable and receivable * Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking * Maintain financial records in **Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting** * Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS * Assist in VAT filing and compliance * Coordinate with auditors and management as required **Requirements** * Proven experience as an **Accountant** * **Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience** * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Hands-on experience with **Zoho accounting software** * Good analytical and numerical skills * Proficiency in **MS Excel** and other MS Office tools * Good command of **English** (written & spoken) **Added Advantage** * **CA qualification (or CA Inter) will be an added advantage** **Salary & Benefits** * Salary: To be discussed based on experience * Stable work environment * Growth opportunity within the organization **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may apply through Indeed or send their updated CV with the subject line **“General Accountant – ABCL Safety Consultants”** to: **[email protected]** Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * accounts / finance: 2 years (Required) Language: * English & Hindi Fluently (Required) Work Location: In person
