**Job Title: Accountant** **Location:** Ajman, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time **Working Days:** 6 days per week **Salary:** AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 per month **Benefits:** UAE employment benefits as per applicable regulations, including employment visa **Job Summary** We are hiring an experienced **Accountant** for one of our clients, a company engaged in manpower supply services. The selected candidate will be based at the client’s office in Ajman and will be responsible for handling accounting, financial records, reconciliations, and related finance support activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions * Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting schedules * Handle bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations * Prepare invoices, payment records, receipts, and related documentation * Assist in VAT-related records and compliance requirements * Support month-end closing and financial reporting * Coordinate with internal teams and management for accounting-related matters * Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records * Perform other accounting and administrative finance duties as required **Requirements** * Prior accounting experience in the UAE is required * Experience in manpower supply, contracting, or service-related businesses will be an advantage * Good knowledge of accounting procedures and documentation * Ability to communicate in English and Hindi or Urdu * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software * Candidate must be willing to work in Ajman on a 6-day work schedule **Interview Process** Initial interviews will be conducted in Sharjah.
