General Foreman

* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors. * Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications. * Monitor site progress and report updates to site engineers and project managers. * Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiently to meet deadlines. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. * Inspect work quality and ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards. * Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers. * Maintain site discipline, productivity, and proper use of resources. * Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a General Foreman in construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and site operations. * Ability to read and understand drawings and technical plans. * Good leadership and team management skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
