General Foreman Civil construction

1. Supervise daily civil construction activities at site and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project schedule. 2. Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently. 3. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards, company policy, and project specifications. 4. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and consultants for smooth site execution. 5. Check site progress regularly and report delays, issues, and material requirements. 6. Ensure proper allocation of workers and productivity at all stages of construction work. 7. Maintain site discipline, housekeeping, and safe working conditions at all times. 8. Experience in concrete, blockwork, plaster, finishing, and general civil works is required. 9. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, UAE construction experience, and the ability to handle site operations independently. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
