General Foreman (Construction)

The General Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all site activities, ensuring construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The role requires extensive UAE experience in villa and high-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities. * Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project targets. * Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site. * Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety procedures. * Inspect work quality and resolve site-related issues promptly. * Monitor productivity and report progress to site management. * Ensure timely completion of activities in line with the project schedule. * Maintain site housekeeping and proper material management. Requirements * Diploma or equivalent technical qualification. * 8–12 years of construction experience, including UAE villa and high-rise projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site supervision. * Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
