We are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee workshop operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. **Role Summary** Own overall business performance across revenue, operations, team, and profitability. Ensure day-to-day execution is tight and targets are consistently met. **Key Responsibilities** **1. P&L Ownership** * Track revenue, costs, and margins by service * Drive break-even to sustained profitability * Maintain cost discipline and cash flow visibility **2. Sales & Revenue Oversight** * Manage Sales & Marketing Lead or agency * Ensure lead flow, conversion, and targets are met * Review weekly pipeline and performance **3. Operations Management** * Oversee workshop execution (job cards, timelines, quality) * Ensure minimal rework and efficient turnaround * Maintain service standards across all jobs **4. Team Management** * Manage technicians, CRM/front desk, and sales * Set weekly targets and enforce accountability * Hire, train, and replace as needed **5. Customer Experience** * Ensure smooth onboarding and communication * Drive reviews, repeat business, and referrals * Maintain premium service perception **6. Vendor & Partner Management** * Manage suppliers and outsourcing partners * Negotiate pricing and terms * Ensure reliability and cost efficiency **7. Systems & Processes** * Implement CRM discipline and SOPs * Build reporting dashboards * Ensure consistency in execution **KPIs** * Monthly revenue: 300K–400K+ AED * Net profit margin: 10–20% * On-time job completion: 90%+ * Customer rating: 4.5+ * Team productivity and cost control **Ideal Profile** * 8-10+ years in automotive businesses * Strong in team management and execution * Comfortable owning P&L and daily operations * Hands-on, structured, and accountable Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED12,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Experience: * Automobile industry: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
