Geotechnical Engineer

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and motivated Geotechnical Engineer with proven experience in ground improvement, geotechnical design, and development of foundation solutions for infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in analyzing subsurface conditions and implementing effective ground improvement techniques to support safe, economical, and sustainable project delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform geotechnical analysis and design for shallow and deep foundations * Develop and implement ground improvement solutions such as vibro compaction, stone columns, grouting, and soil stabilization * Conduct and interpret site investigations, borehole data, and laboratory test results * Prepare geotechnical reports, design calculations, and technical specifications * Evaluate settlement, bearing capacity, and slope stability * Coordinate with structural, civil, and construction teams throughout project lifecycle * Provide technical support during construction and ensure compliance with design and safety standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred) * Proven experience in ground improvement and geotechnical design * Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation engineering principles * Experience with geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or equivalent) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
