Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a talented Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on project experience, professional development, and collaborative teamwork in a supportive environment. * Assist in the design and development of dry utility networks, including LV/MV power distribution systems, street lighting infrastructure, and telecom systems * Apply electrical engineering design principles and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality outputs within established project timelines and budgets * Perform engineering work in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule guidelines under appropriate supervision * Collect, analyze, and interpret data from discipline-specific and interdisciplinary project BIM models to support design decisions * Utilize industry-standard computer software and programming tools to solve fundamental electrical engineering problems efficiently and accurately * Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure seamless design continuity and integrated project delivery * Participate actively in design progress meetings and coordination sessions, contributing insights, updates, and technical perspectives * Verify and ensure the quality of BIM and CAD model production, confirming accuracy and compliance with design specifications and instructions * Seek opportunities to contribute innovative ideas, develop process efficiencies, and solve technical challenges effectively * Participate in the utilities digital working group and support the implementation of digital tools and technologies within the design process * Maintain detailed documentation and records of design work, calculations, and project coordination activities **Qualifications** * UAE National with a valid Family Book as required by Emiratisation and UAE labor law requirements * Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
