The group includes: * Touq Property Services * Ghanoon General Contracting * Moor Kits * Touq Concrete Division As the group continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Manager to lead the financial management and banking strategy for the entire group. Role Overview We are looking for a highly capable Finance Manager with strong UAE banking relationships and proven experience securing and managing corporate banking facilities from start to finish. The ideal candidate must understand how to structure growing businesses financially, prepare bank-ready documentation, manage negotiations with banks, and support executive decision-making across multiple divisions. This is a leadership role that will work directly with the ownership and executive team to drive financial growth, stability, and scalability. The role is heavily focused on: * Banking facilities * Working capital management * Financial structuring * Cash flow forecasting * Corporate finance strategy * Investor and bank relations The successful candidate should be able to independently lead the full process of obtaining: * Working capital facilities * Trade finance * Bank guarantees * Overdrafts * Project financing * Credit line enhancements Key ResponsibilitiesBanking & Financial Facilities * Lead and manage all banking relationships for Touq Group * Secure and negotiate banking facilities for the group companies * Prepare and manage complete bank application packages * Coordinate directly with banks, credit teams, and relationship managers * Handle negotiations, clarifications, and approvals until facility issuance * Improve the group’s banking structure and financing capability Financial Management * Oversee financial operations across all divisions * Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts * Prepare 3–5 year business projections * Monitor group cash flow and working capital cycles * Improve reporting systems and financial visibility * Support budgeting and strategic planning Leadership & Strategy * Work directly with ownership on strategic financial decisions * Support expansion planning and investment opportunities * Improve financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency * Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and external advisors Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred * Minimum 7+ years of UAE finance experience * Strong experience obtaining banking facilities in the UAE * Existing relationships with UAE banks is highly preferred * Experience in construction, contracting, facility management, manufacturing, or trading sectors preferred * Strong understanding of: * Cash flow management * Corporate finance * Financial modeling * Banking documentation * Trade finance * Working capital structuring * Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills * Strong negotiation and communication abilities * Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Preferred Candidate Profile We are specifically looking for someone who has previously: * Led facility applications independently * Built financial models for banks and investors * Managed multi-company/group structures * Worked closely with owners/founders * Helped companies scale banking limits and improve liquidity Compensation * Competitive salary package based on experience * Performance-based incentives tied to successful facility approvals and financial performance * Long-term growth opportunity within the group To Apply Please submit to: [email protected] * Updated CV * Current salary * Expected salary * Notice period * Summary of banking facilities successfully secured in previous roles Work Location: In person
