Gypsum Carpenter Supervisor

**Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gypsum carpenters and installation teams on-site * Interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure accurate gypsum board installation * Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget * Inspect workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained * Allocate tasks, materials, tools, and manpower efficiently * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site policies * Conduct site measurements and prepare material requirements * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other subcontractors * Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly * Train and guide team members to improve skills and productivity * Maintain daily reports on progress, workforce, and material usage * Ensure proper handling and storage of gypsum boards and related materials * Manage access permits, work permits, and site documentation as required * Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of gypsum board, drywall, partitions, and ceiling systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts * Good understanding of site measurements and material estimation * Knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices * Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage * Ability to lead teams and coordinate site activities effectively **Contact on 0524431241** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
