Head of Finance

Only complete applications will be considered. **Overview** We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded finance leader to lead our central finance function across a multi-market food business. The role will oversee the finance and accounting team supporting our food distribution and meat and seafood processing operations, with end-to-end accountability for financial control, compliance, planning, liquidity and business performance. **What You Will Own** * Group accounting, month-end close, consolidation and management reporting. * VAT, Corporate Tax, e-invoicing, statutory compliance and external audits. * Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, FP&A and performance analysis. * Financial modelling for pricing, capital expenditure, funding, investments and expansion. * Cash flow, treasury, banking, trade finance and working capital. * Landed cost, inventory valuation, product costing, production yield, waste, and margin analysis. * Internal controls, finance policies, approval processes and risk management. * Finance systems, process improvement, workflow automation and reporting. * Leadership and development of the central finance and accounting team. * Financial support to management, commercial, procurement, warehouse and production teams. **The Best Fit** You are a qualified accountant, either a CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge and practical commercial experience. **You should bring**: * Strong financial accounting, consolidation, reporting and control capability. * Hands-on knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and e-invoicing. * Strong budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial modelling skills. * Experience managing cash flow, treasury, banking, trade finance and working capital. * Experience in food distribution, retail, or processing/manufacturing business. * Strong understanding of landed cost, inventory, product costing, yield, and waste. * Experience improving finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting. * The ability to lead teams and communicate clearly across the business. **Job Location** The role is based at our headquarters in Dubai Investment Park and may require occasional local and international travel. **Reporting** The role reports directly to the Managing Director or another executive, as assigned.
