Head of the Planning Department

We are looking for a highly skilled leader to join us as Head of the Planning Department.One of Raban Al Safina Group Companies – Baghdad, Iraq.The Head of Planning Department will be responsible for leading all planning activities across projects, ensuring effective scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring, and successful delivery of project objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all project planning activities • Develop and control schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools • Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams • Monitor progress and prepare delay/recovery reports • Analyze risks and support mitigation strategies • Ensure proper resource and workload planning • Prepare executive reports for senior management and the CEO • Support claims and delay analysis when requiredRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • 7–12 years of experience in planning and scheduling • Strong experience in construction/engineering projects • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressureTo apply, please send your CV to: [email protected]
