HR & Administration Manager

Asia Insurance is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead the company’s human resources and administrative operations. The role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration while acting as a strategic HR partner to the CEO.Key responsibilities:-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.-Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.-Manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and succession planning initiatives.-Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and engagement programs.-Coordinate training and development programs to enhance organizational capability.-Ensure compliance with labor law, internal governance standards, and insurance sector regulations.-Supervise payroll coordination, HR records, compensation structures, and HR operations.-Manage office administration, facilities, travel coordination, and workplace efficiency.-Provide HR analytics and workforce reports to support strategic decision-making.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.-Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are preferred.6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial experience.-Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.-Strong knowledge of labor law, performance management, and employee relations.-Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills.-Excellent working knowledge of Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages.How to apply:Kindly send your CV to [email protected] and include “HR & Administration Manager” in the subject line.#HRandAdminManager #AsiaInsurance #FarukInvestmentGroup #KRGJobs #IraqJobs #KurdistanJobs #JobOpportunity #HiringNow #JobSearch #Career #Vacancy #Recruitment #Hiring #TalentAcquisition #JobSearch
