We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **HR Administrator cum Accountant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks and accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations across both departments. This is a dual role requiring multitasking, discretion, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
* Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* Track employee attendance, leave, and benefits.
* Maintain and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
* Coordinate employee performance appraisals and training activities.
* Support in payroll processing by providing necessary data.
**Accounting Responsibilities:**
* Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (Accounts Payable/Receivable).
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
* Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
* Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
* Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.
* Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* **Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience** in HR and accounting roles.
* Familiarity with HR software and accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
