HR cum Accountant

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance cum HR Officer to manage the centre’s financial operations and human resource functions. This dual role requires strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and a compassionate approach aligned with our mission of supporting children and families. Key Responsibilities Finance \* Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting. \* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. \* Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and auditing standards. \* Manage fee collection, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts. \* Support management in financial planning and cost control. Human Resources \* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. \* Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labor laws. \* Coordinate staff training, performance appraisals, and professional development. \* Manage employee relations, attendance, and leave records. \* Support leadership in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications \* Master’s degree in Finance and Human Resources, or B. Com with MBA in HR or related field. \* Minimum 1 years of experience in finance and HR roles. \* Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and financial regulations. \* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. \* Proficiency in accounting software (tally) and HR management systems.
