HR Executive

Location: Remote (UAE preferred) Job Type: Freelance / Project-Based ## About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to help us identify, screen, and recruit a highly qualified Senior Accountant for our Building Materials & General Trading company based in Dubai. This is a one-time recruitment assignment with the opportunity to establish a long-term working relationship. If we are satisfied with your performance, you will be our preferred HR recruitment partner for future hiring needs. ## Scope of Work The selected recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to presenting a shortlist of qualified applicants. Responsibilities include: - Understand our hiring requirements and ideal candidate profile. - Create and publish job advertisements on appropriate recruitment platforms. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and eliminate unqualified applicants. - Conduct initial HR interviews and assess communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit. - Verify that candidates meet the required qualifications and experience. - Evaluate technical accounting experience based on our requirements. - Check employment history and identify any inconsistencies. - Present a shortlist of only the most qualified candidates. - Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and company management. - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Assist with salary negotiations and offer acceptance if required. - Maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process. ## Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: - Previous experience recruiting finance and accounting professionals in the UAE. - Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. - Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Bayt, and similar recruitment platforms. - Excellent communication and interviewing skills. - The ability to identify high-quality candidates quickly. - Knowledge of the UAE job market. Experience recruiting for the Building Materials, Trading, Construction, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred. ## Compensation This project will be paid in two parts: - Fixed Project Fee: A payment for your time, sourcing efforts, and candidate screening. - Success Fee: An additional payment upon the successful hiring and joining of a candidate you introduced. The exact compensation will be discussed with shortlisted recruiters. ## Future Opportunity We value long-term partnerships.
