We're Hiring - HR ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all HR operations and activities.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor law and company regulations.Manage employee performance evaluations and development programs.Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations.Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and personnel records.Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce planning.Coordinate training and development initiatives.Support management with strategic HR planning.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and HR best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.Strong command of English and Arabic.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV to [email protected] with the subject line "HRManager".Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
