HR Recruiter

**Recruiter – White Collar & Grey Collar Recruitment** **Requirements:** * Proven experience in recruiting for both White Collar and Grey Collar positions. * Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies across various industries and functions. * Excellent candidate sourcing, networking, and talent acquisition skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. * Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment databases. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets and deadlines. * Prior recruitment experience in the UAE market will be a distinct advantage. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Must be available for immediate joining. * Prior experience in recruiting local/national talent across the UK, Europe, Singapore, and GCC countries will be considered a strong advantage. * Demonstrated exposure to international recruitment markets and local hiring regulations is preferred. **Key Competencies:** * Talent Acquisition * Candidate Assessment * Interviewing & Selection * Time Management * Communication & Negotiation Skills * Recruitment Analytics & Reporting * Market Mapping and Headhunting **Experience Required:** Minimum 3–5 years of intensive recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both White Collar and Grey Collar hiring.
