Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:* Manage full-cycle recruitment for aviation roles (pilots, cabin crew, engineers, ground staff)* Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees* Maintain employee records in compliance with aviation authorities and labor laws* Monitor staff certifications, licenses, and training validity* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions* Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management* Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies* Assist in performance management and employee evaluations* Coordinate training programs related to safety and regulatory requirementsQualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field* 2–5 years of HR experience (aviation experience preferred)* Knowledge of aviation regulations is a plus* Strong communication and organizational skills* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Offic🔗 Apply Now: [[email protected]] 📍 Location: [Baghdad International Airport]
