**HVAC Draftsman** **Company:** Universal BIM Technical Services LLC **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **HVAC Draftsman** to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing HVAC shop drawings and coordinating mechanical systems for construction projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and approved designs. * Develop ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment coordination drawings. * Coordinate with MEP engineers and BIM teams to ensure design accuracy and clash-free installations. * Revise and update drawings based on consultant, client, and project team feedback. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and applicable codes. * Support project coordination, documentation, and construction-related activities. * Assist in resolving design and coordination issues during project execution. Requirements * 2–4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Draftsman. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage. * Good understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping systems, and installation practices. * Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and specifications. * Must be currently available in the UAE. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
