HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities * Design and develop HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems based on project requirements. * Prepare load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, piping layouts, and technical drawings. * Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, split units, and ventilation systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults, breakdowns, and performance issues. * Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure compliance with client requirements. * Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical teams for smooth project execution. * Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes. * Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and project progress updates. * Support clients with technical advice and after-sales service when required. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum [X] years of experience in HVAC engineering within electromechanical or MEP companies. * Strong knowledge of HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, HAP, Revit, or similar tools. * Experience with installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. * Good understanding of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Valid driving license is an advantage (if required).
