HVAC foreman and technicians construction (Copper piping and ducting)

**Job Summary:** The HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities related to HVAC installation works, including copper refrigerant piping and air duct systems. The role ensures work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily HVAC installation activities on site (ducting and copper piping). * Read and interpret HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings. * Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently. * Ensure proper installation of: * GI/PI ductwork (fabrication, installation, insulation) * Copper piping (cutting, brazing, pressure testing, insulation) * Monitor work progress and report to Site Engineer/Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, method statements, and safety standards. * Coordinate with other trades (civil, electrical, fire fighting, etc.). * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control. * Handle testing and commissioning activities (pressure test, flushing, etc.). * Maintain daily reports and progress records. * Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices on site. **Requirements:** * Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or HVAC. * 5–10 years of experience in HVAC construction works (UAE/GCC preferred). * Strong knowledge of ducting and copper piping installation. * Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines. * Familiar with HVAC standards and site safety regulations. **HVAC Technician – (Copper Piping & Ducting Works)** **Job Summary:** HVAC Technicians are responsible for installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, specifically ducting and copper piping works, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install HVAC duct systems (cutting, fixing, sealing, and insulation). * Install copper piping for refrigerant systems (VRF, split units, etc.). * Perform brazing, pressure testing, and leak detection. * Assist in duct fabrication and site installation. * Read and follow shop drawings and supervisor instructions. * Install supports, hangers, and brackets for ducts and pipes. * Ensure proper insulation for ducts and piping. * Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. * Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times. * Assist in testing and commissioning works. **Requirements:** * ITI or technical certification in HVAC or Mechanical. * 2–5 years of experience in HVAC installation works. * Skilled in copper pipe brazing and duct installation. * Basic understanding of HVAC drawings. * Ability to work on-site under supervision.
