The HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating HVAC installation activities at construction sites for MEP projects. The role ensures all HVAC works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and local authority regulations. The HVAC Foreman manages technicians and workers while ensuring timely project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily HVAC installation works at project sites. * Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. * Assign tasks and manage HVAC technicians, ductmen, pipe fitters, insulators, and helpers efficiently. * Ensure installation of ducting, chilled water piping, VRF systems, ventilation systems, FCUs, AHUs, and related HVAC equipment as per approved drawings and standards. * Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules. * Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to avoid clashes and delays. * Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements. * Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures on-site. * Assist in testing, balancing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. * Identify and resolve technical and installation issues on-site. * Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements with the site engineer/storekeeper. * Train and guide HVAC technicians and workers to improve productivity and workmanship. \* **Requirements & Qualifications** * Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering or related trade. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP/construction projects. * Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman in commercial, residential, or industrial projects. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, insulation, and installation methods. * Ability to read HVAC and coordination drawings. * Familiarity with local HVAC codes, standards, and authority regulations. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines.
