**Job Title:** Industrial Automation Engineer – Track & Trace – Testing and Commissioning **Job Summary:** Hermos is currently looking for an experienced, accomplished, self motivated Industrial Automation Engineer to support and maintain our industry-leading products and systems. The engineer will work across a variety of functional groups that are directly involved in engineering, implementation and contract manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate is an inventive problem solver that is capable of working through technical challenges and employing pragmatic solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a team that provides integrated services to meet our client needs both locally and across the globe. **Qualification:** B.E E&C/E&E/Instrumentation with minimum 2+ years of experience. Diploma/NTTF Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentation with minimum 3+ years of experience. **Skill Sets:** Experience in PLC Programming, HMI and SCADA development for Siemens & Beckhoff systems Siemens S7-300, 1500, 1500R ( redundant systems ) , TP HMI comfort panels , TIA portal V16 and Sinamics drives Beckhoff TwinCAT 2, TwinCAT 3 engineering softwares Beckhoff Panel PC with inbuilt TwinCAT Soft PLC and ADS/API tools EtherCAT communication, Beckhoff input/output modules, EtherCAT Box, Field bus modules Knowledge of testing and commissioning of VFD, PLC control panels for process industries like Tobacco & Pharma, conveyor system, Baggage Handling, Power Plant, Generator controls and Synchronising systems etc Knowledge of instrumentation: Sensors, actuators, transmitters Cognex readers DM300 & DM400 series, Dataman reader configuration and setup tool Networking , Microsoft SQL server , Database management , C#, VB.NET, C++C # Candidates must be willing to travel extensively worldwide for commissioning, preferably with international driving license Work Location: In person
