We are seeking a dynamic and customer - focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role supports business growth through technical sales, project coordination, cost control, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Update and maintain customer details and opportunities in the CRM system. * Review RFQs, ITTs, and tender documents related to firefighting and fire protection systems * Prepare sales forecasts and track project opportunities. * Coordinate and submit techno-commercial proposals on time. * Follow up on submitted quotations until order confirmation or project closure. * Support sales planning and business growth strategies in coordination with the Line Manager. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and end users. * Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads. * Hand over awarded projects to procurement and operations with complete documentation. * Monitor supplier portals and ensure timely response to enquiries and tenders. * Keep prequalification documents and agency agreements updated in supplier portals. * Share market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends with the management team. * Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on opportunities and forecasts. * Support product approvals and customer/vendor registration processes. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.Requirements. * Experience in sales/business development, preferably in firefighting or oil & gas industries. * Knowledge of products and services of fire protection systems. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Salary * Based on experience (to be discussed). Qualifications * B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience * Minimum 6 years of experience in technical sales, business development, and marketing within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. Work Location: In person
