Instagram Influencer Marketing Manager (Remote)

We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing Influencer Marketing team. As an Instagram Influencer Manager, your role will be to identify, contact, recruit, and manage Instagram influencers for long-term marketing partnerships. No advanced marketing experience is required. If you are comfortable using Instagram, communicating in English, and learning new skills, we will provide the necessary training and support. Responsibilities * Search for and contact Instagram influencers. * Present partnership opportunities to influencers. * Negotiate collaboration agreements. * Review influencer statistics and performance metrics. * Manage relationships with influencers on an ongoing basis. * Coordinate campaign onboarding and content delivery. * Build and maintain a portfolio of active influencers. Requirements * Basic knowledge of Instagram. * Good written English skills. * Strong communication and negotiation abilities. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Ability to work independently. * Previous experience in influencer marketing, sales, customer support, affiliate marketing, or social media is a plus but not required. Compensation This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. You will receive: * A fixed commission for every influencer successfully recruited. * Ongoing commissions based on the performance of the influencers you manage. * Weekly payments via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
