Installation Manager (ANPR)

**Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities** * **Installation & Commissioning:** Oversee end-to-end installation of ANPR cameras, CCTV, Pay & Display machines, and signage, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. * **Project Management:** Plan site surveys, prepare technical documentation, and ensure projects are delivered within time and budget. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and support installation technicians and engineers, ensuring high standards of workmanship. * **Technical Support:** Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking (LAN/WAN/VPN) issues. * **Compliance & Safety:** Maintain safety standards (risk assessments, working at heights) and regulatory compliance. * **Liaison:** Act as the primary point of contact on-site, communicating with clients, stakeholders, and project managers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7] **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Proven 5-7 years experience in ANPR technology, IP cameras, and CCTV installations. * **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of network protocols, cabling, and ANPR software troubleshooting. * **Leadership:** Experience leading technical teams and managing site safety. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
